MCCI offers world-wide support services to our OEM customers via Technical Support Agreements. Customers with support agreements can get assistance by working with their project manager, and by filing JIRA issues. Please also feel free to ask questions by sending email to email@example.com.
If you have received an MCCI product as part of some other product, and you’re encountering problems, you are encouraged to contact the vendor of that product for support, if possible. They have generally integrated our products with other software, and they’re better able to provide support that is specific to your problem.
